THALi, the Indian-Jazz Quintet fronted by Sarah Buechi with fantastic Swiss musicians like Matthias Tschopp (bs), Stefan Aeby  (p), Marco Müller(db), and Lionel Friedli (dr) recorded their Debut album "THALi - Vidya Mani" in September 2009. The Cd- release and Tour will be in Autumn/Winter saison 2010

 

THALi also will be taking part at the ZKP-Prize competition in the Moods in Zurich on Wednesday, 15th of September 2010.

August 2010 – receiving travel and training award Arts council Ireland and studies in Paris under Médéric Collignon for one month. 

 

THALi is back in Ireland; playing on Saturday, 17th of July 2010 at the International Folk Arts Festival in Mayo

 

5th until 7th of July 2010 in Dublin: Participating as an active and passive member at the IRSA meeting (International Rhytmic Studies Association)www.rhythmicassociation.org .

Sarah Buechi is studying in New York under Steve Coleman for one month from 2nd of June until 2nd of July.
